Spectrum Knives are made from stainless steel, with a special, coloured non-stick coating. Not only do they look really groovy - they also make quick and easy work of any job around the kitchen.
In Japanese, "santoku" means three virtues. In this case, slicing, dicing and mincing are what this knife does best. With its thick blade and hollow ground cutting edge, it makes food preparation a breeze.
