The Skiavoros is the cheapest option available to a Combined Army player to deploy an EI corps and take advantage of their Strategos and Mnemotech Special Abilities, ensuring Deployment advantages and avoiding the Loss of Lieutenant situation. Skiávoros means "Shadow Eater" but to his enemies it means "nightmare".
